[BY TELEGRAPH- —OWN- CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Monday. The Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council at Parliament Buildings this morning, and this afternoon he opened the Founder's Hall at the Marsden school.
