The Rotary Clubs of 62 nations are to bo represented at the silver anniversary convention of the Rotary International, which is to begin its five days' session at Chicago on Monday. Interdependence of peoples and good relations between nations will have the chief place on the programme. There will be addresses by Sir Henry Thornton, director of the Canadian National Railways, Prince Iyesato Tokugawa, president of the Japanese House of Peers, Admiral Mark Kerr, and Mr. Harry Rogers, formerly president of the Rotary International.

In an interview to-day Prince Tokugawa said world peace could never bo assailed with Britain, tho United States and Japan standing together. With those three nations welded together by friendship tho peace of the world could bo maintained. Japan desired to bo on friendly terms with other countries and always had been to tho forefront in her endeavours to bring about international amity.
