ECONOMIST AS LEADER.

Ismail Sidky Pasha, a leading economist, has formed a non-party Cabinet and intends to amalgamate the Senate and tho Chamber of Deputies.
Ismail Sidky Pasha was Minister of Finance in the Cabinet formed bySarwat Pasha in March, 1922. Ho was Minister of the Interior in Ahmed Ziwar Pasha's Cabinet in March, 1925.
