OBJECTION TO EVIDENCE.
CASE FOR APPEAL COURT.
The appeal of Arthur Thomas Munn, who is at present under sentence of death at Mount Eden gaol for the murder of his wife at Northcote on February 11, will como beforo the Court of Appeal in Wellington this week. Mr. Northcroft, counsel for Munn, left for last evening.
Tho appeal is based on the question of admissibility of certain evidenco, objection to which was taken by Mr. Northcroft at tho trial. Mr. Justice Herdman has staled a case for consideration by tho Appeal Coyrt.
