Sir,-—I note that the Hon. A. J. Stall* worthy, Minister of Health, stated in Well-, ington. last week that elementary justice demanded that approved private hospitals should bs granted • facilities for training - their nurses for certificates. If he is of that opinion I would like to know why he stated, almost in the same breath, that --fil he is unable to state, definitely whether ';V legislation based on such elementary justice would be brought in this session.
