FATAL MISHAP AT FERRY.
CAR RUNS INTO RIVER. A TRAVELLER DROWNED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Friday. A commercial traveller, Mr. E. Chetwin, a married man, was drowned this morning when his motor-car went into tho river at Clydevale, 18 miles from Balclutha. He was driving on to the ferry punt alongside a lorry when his car ran into the water.
