I KNOW I AM WELL.

Health is life's greatest asset, writes an Authority. {Without it life is a burden. Less than a year ago I was faced, through general ill-health, with the prospect of befcoming a prematurely old man at forty. The thought was disquieting, for I had ' been a man of action all rr.y life. For many years public'work had occupied all the time I had left over from business, 60 that I led a strenuous existence.

The handicap of ill-health roused in me feelings of rebellion. Then I remembered the meaning and purpose of a " handifcap "! It is not put on a competitor to prevent him from winning his race, but rather to tost bis powers and spur him on jto greater effort. So, then, my condition of health was just an opportunity for me U> prove the worth of my theories relating to " right thinking," and tho power of thought over physical c&nditions. I began to practise constructive thinking, and by a reversal of thought I attained health. . I made a practice of thinking about ana holding in my mind a picture of radiant health; I saw myself vigorous and strong, and by tho law of life I found myself gradually, yet surely, becoming like my jdeal. , . To strengthen my faith in the possibility of completo restoration, I wroth on a card, " I havo a right to health, harmony and happiness. They are my inheritance. I enjoy them now!" Without hasto yet most surely the renewing process made its presence seen. (The health I thought of and believed-in jtame back to me, and now I rejoice that •I am able to do some of those extra things 1 had planned to do. If all men and women would beheva that " wholeness " was tho divine intention concerning themselves, and then put their belief into practice, ill-health would toot so often put a handicap on their life.
