CHOCOLATE COATING.
Procure some good coating or failing that, good, plain chocolate. Cut it up, put it into a double/ saucepan and cover it closely so that no, steam can get iti. Do not stir it; When the chocolate is ; dissolved - beat* it for ten'minutes. Then rerwarm it, beat it well and it- is ready for use. It should bo kept warm over hot water while it is being used, and will require; beating occasionally.
