OBERAMMERGAU.
Oberammcrgau, 6ays an overseas writer, is a village of long hair. The women are all unshingled and wear their flowing looks loose during tho performance. The men also allow their hair to grow in the Najsareim manner during the Passion Play, and it is said that many had their tresses permanently waved to mako. them look more attractive during t u e heavy rains which so frequently " drown " tho performances.
