LAWYERS AND THEIR WIGS.
Wig-making dates from the seventeenth century. Originally wigs were mado of human hair, greased and powdered white. .Modern wigs aro mado of white horse-hair with a few black hairs added. Tho curling is dono by girls specially trained lor tho purpose, and tho process has altered little in a hundred years. Neither has tho price of wigs changed much in tho last century.
