UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.
PETITIONS AT HAMILTON.
[riV TELEGRAPH-—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Friday.
Several undefended divorco cases wero dealt with by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Hamilton Supremo Court to-day. Joe Stanworth, Huntly, was granted a dissolution of his marriage with Elizabeth Stanworth on the grounds of adultery. Evidence was given by petitioner that the parties lived together happily at Huntly until they took in a boarder. Petitioner noticed an unduo familiarity between his wife and tho boarder and when ho camo home ono day ho found his wife had gone. She left a note stating that she had gone away with the boarder. Thero was ono child of tho marriage and this child lived with petitioner. A decree nisi was granted. A former boarder who was alleged to havo alienatod his wife's affections and then taken her away was cited as corespondent in the case in which Fred Riddlehough' sought a dissolution of his marriage with Annie Ryo Riddlehough, An inquiry agent gave evidence that ho had found respondent and co-respondent living together. Tho petition was granted.
Mary McDowell was granted a divorce from Robert McDowell on the grounds of desertion.
