HAWKER FINED £lO. ENTRY MADE INTO HOUSE. [BX TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Friday. A hawker, Alan Fabian Duerr, was convicted by Mr. E. Page, S.M., and finod £lO to-day on a charge of assaulting Ivy Irene Campbell, a married woman. Mrs. Campbell said that accused, uninvited, entered her houso after a short conversation at the door and after displaying his wares attempted to kiss her. One month's imprisonment was fixed in default of payment. Duerr was also convicted and ordered to pay costs on a charge of carrying on a business as an unlicensed hawker.
