THE SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP^ PLAY IN SECOND ROUND. MARIST AGAINST NEWTON. . Tho Auckland Rugby League will commence the second round of its senior competition matches to-morrow, when three fixtures will bo played ivfc Carlaw Park. Marist and Newton will play in tho principal fixture on No. 1 ground at 3 p.m. Marist, which holds tho lead for championship honours, ill meet ono of tho most promising teams in the competition.
