DAMAGES FOR CHILDREN.
SUM OF £1521 AWARDED,
WATERFRONT FATALITY SEQUEL. [BY TELEGRAFH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Monday. Judgment by consent was given by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supremo Court today for £1521, as damages for the two young children of Jarncs' Kirkwood, who was fatally injured whilo working alongside tho New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Eangitiki in December last.
