MEETING AT WHANGAREI.

Tho - annual meeting of the Whangaroi County Sheepdog. Trial- Association was held last evening, Mr. J. A. Finlayson presiding.
The tollowing officers were elected: —Patron, Mr. W. Crawford; president, Mr. J. A. Finlayson; vice presidents, Messrs. It. Newman and 11. E. Finlayson; secretary and treasurer, Mr. A. FlcteheV; auditor. Mr. T., O'Connell; executive, Messrs.' K. Sloane, I' 1 . Clotworthy, W. McLc-od, J. Mclnnes, It. Campbell, I? Carter and H. Sloane. Discussion upon the question of deciding the North Auckland district championships, and it was finally decided to call a meeting of delegates from other clubs to determine how and where the championship should be decided. The result of the short head competition at the North Auckland championship was:— F. W MasSey's Billy. I; J- Whites toy. ,2; J. Thompson's Flo, 3; C. Jones' Spec, 4.
