DEVONSHIRE PUDDING.

Two ounces breadcrumbs, one teaspoonful sugar, 2oz. butter, two eggs, 4,-pint milk, salt. Put milk, butler, sugar, crumbs in a tsaucepan tor a few minutes, take off, cool, then add eggs, well beaten, put the mixture into a well-greased piedisn, bake 20 minutps, turn on to a dish, spread a layer of strawberry jam, whipped cream, on lop.
