DISABLED SOLDIERS.
Sir,—Apparently "Another Ex-Service-man" does not know that for over 10 years Reform dealt with the question of disabled soldiers, and also with the repatriation of returned soldiers, incidentally showing a dead loss of some 'millions of pounds on the latter transactions. Wil' "Another Ex-Serviceman" say how long a Government should be allowed to deal effectively with the question of returned soldiers ? Tago San,.
