By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received May 5, 7.15 p.m.) BOMBAY. May 4. The Indian Nationalist leader, Mohandas K. Gandhi, has been arrested. A message from Delhi says Gandhi was arrested under an ordinance of 1827. He is to be kept prisoner in Poona gaol during tlio pleasure of the Government.
