FURTHER NEGOTIATIONS.
NO VICTIMISATION REQUEST. (Received May 5, 9.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. May 5. Still another attempt to settle tho coalmining dispute is in progress in Sydney. •The miners' leaders have approached the owners to obtain an assurance that there would Ije no victimisation and that tho owners would waive certain rights. It is understood that tho owners have assented and >that negotiations upon other points are still proceeding. It is popularly believed that the miners aro at the end of their resources.
