ROAD CYCLIST'S DEATH.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE. About 40 members of lite Manukau Cycle Club and other Auckland clubs attended the memorial service, belt- in St. George's Church, llanfurlv Eoad, yesterday, to pay tribute to the memory of tinlate Mr. L. C. Aldred, who was killed when competing in a cycle race on Saturday, April 26. Appropriate hymns were sung, and at the close of his sermon (he Rev. J. L. Lilt paid a personal tribute to (ho late Mr. Aldred.
