AUSTRIAN CHANCELLOR.
DR. SCHOBER IN LONDON. DINNER AT FOREIGN OFFICE. British Wireless. KUGBY, May 1. The Austrian Chancellor, Dr. Johann Schober, arrived in London this afternoon. He was welcomed by representatives of the Prime Minister, Mr. MacDonald, and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. A. Henderson. A dinner was given this evening in his honour at the Foreign Office. The guests included members of the Cabinet, the Lord Mayor of London, Sir William Waterlow; the Governor of the Bank of England, Mr. Montagu Norman; and high officials of the Foreign Office.
