Greenwood, stated in tho House of Commons that tho Government understands an appeal is to bo made shortly to tho public for assistance in establishing a residential institution, to he called London House, for tho uso of students from tho Dominions of niedicino and other sciences and tho arts. A limited number of British students would bo admitted. The institution would facilitate collegiate association.
