SANITARY SCHOOLS.
Sir,—Cannot something be done to haW schools better cleaned and tho larg« schools disinfected once a week. Tho use of plasticine and coloured chalks should bo abolished. It only teaches children to be untidy and makes a lot of washing for tho mother. Last year there were six primer readers (Beacon); this year there is a supplementary to each one. I his is all right for tho bookseller, but expensive for the parents. Dissatisfied Faxher.
