ULTIMATUM FROM KING.
SUMMONS TO SURRENDER. DELHI. Feb. 20. The King of Afghanistan. Nadir Khan, is taking swift action against the Shinwari tribesmen who took part in tne recent revolt at Torkham, and the tribal elders have bf>en informed that unless the rebels surrender within three days 4000 Afghan Regulars, armed with machineguns, will surround the Shinwari country and will attack.
