ORIENTALS IN CANADA.
PROPOSAL FOR REMOVAL.
TREATY RIGHTS INVOLVED
(Receive'! February 21. ft ■" p.m.) VANCOUVER Feb. '2O. The removal from Canada of all Orientals. with expropriation of their property, is being urged on th-? British Columbian Government by the White Canada Association of British Columbia. The association seeks a grant of £IOOO, to be used to ascertain the practicability of revising the British treaties, which render such provincial legislation impossible.
Full compensation for property rights is intended.
