ST. PATRICK'S DAY EVENTS.
A comprehensive programme of sports and competitions has been arranged in connection with the St. Patricks Day celebrations at the Auckland Domain on Saturday. March 15. The competition for poster and costume advertisements of New Zealand-made goods is of outstanding interest and should be keenly contested. Children will be catered for by the decorated trolley, prams and vehicle classes. The other events include cycling and running contests, while a tug o war competition will also be conducted. Details of the prizes and closing dates for entries are advertised. PROGRAMME FOR BOMBAY. The programme of open events at the Bombay anniversary sports to be held on Saturday, March is, is advertised. Flat races, hurdle races and chopping events are included. Entries will close with the secretary, Air. C. J. VVhitmore, Bombay, on Friday, March 1.
