LATE MR. N. NEWCOMB.
Tho funeral of the Into Mr. Ncvillo Newcomb, who died on Thursday morning, took placo yesterday. There were a largo number of mourners when tho cortege left tho residence, " Scott-Wil-loughby," Sehvyn Road, Kohimarama, for Purowa Cemetery, among the many institutions represented being tho Auckland Real Estate Institute, tho Auckland Automobile Association, tho Pacific Club and tho Romucra Freemasons' Lodgo. Several legal and insurance offices wore also represontod. Tho Yen. Archdeacon G. MacMurrav officiated at the graveside and was assisted by tho Rev. Butler.
