WHAKATANE HIGH SCHOOL.
OPENING BY MINISTER.
[BY " TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] "WHAKATANE, Sunday.
The Minister of Education, Hon. FIT.Atmore, has advised that he will officially open the now Hig;h School at Whakatano on Thursday afternoon, instead of •on Friday, the day previously fixed. He will arrive fsom Gifborne by way of Opotiki on Thursday morning. Immediately -after the ceremony at the Whakatane school lie will leave for Frankton Junction and catch tha limited express for .Wellington.'
