Domain Board. It was decided that the number of members be seven. 'lne meeting unanimously agreed that the Mayor of Tauranga be ex officio
a member of the board. Nino nominations were received for the remaining six seats, and a ballot was taken which resulted in Messrs. C. Whiting, D. A. Ivory, L. Norris, J. Ncal, A. E. Newsham and S. Pernberfon being successful.
At tho final meeting of tho Winter Show Committee the balance-sheet showed total receipts £606. After meeting expenditure the credit balance is £Bl. It was stated that efforts had been made to continue tho show, but owing to various reasons the committee had been reluctantly forced to let it lapse. It was decided to vote £25 to the secretary arid £2 2s to tho auditor. Tho meeting decided that the balance be deposited in tho Post Office Savings Bank for two years to form the nucleus for carrying on any future winter shows.
