NUISANCE FROM SEWAGE.

HEALTH OFFICER'S COMPLAINT,

Complaint of a nuisance caused on tho Hobson Bay foreshoro owing to an overflow of sewage from the Newmarket sewer running down a creek and getting among the mangroves, was made to tho Auckland Harbour Board yesterday by tho medical officer of' health, Auckland, who asked that tho mangroves should bo cut as low aB possible.
