HEAVY DAMAGES SOUGHT.
INJURIES TO A BOY. KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTOR. I [U Y TEI/KGItAI'Hi —PIIES3 ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A claim for £2664 damages arising out of a motor accident in which Arthur Lyons, aged oight years, was knocked down on the. main North Road, near Tawn Flat, was commenced to-day before tlio Chiof Justice, Sir Michael Myers. Iho defendant is the Highways Company, by whom .the driver of the vehicle concerned was employed. The injuries, it was stated, included those to the arm, leg and brain, and shock. Ihe claim is for £2500 for general damages and £l6O special damages.
