EXPLOSION OF BENZINE.

A boy, David Jarman, aged 8 years, soil of Mr. Thames Jarman, farmer, of Hororata, died in Lewisham Hospital this morning as a result of being badly burned on Saturday. The child was watching an employee on the farm burning paint. To make the fire burn better the employee put some benzine on .it and an explosion occurred. The boy was enveloped in flames and badly burned about the face and body. He was admitted to the hospital, but failed to recover from the shock.
