NOISY MOTOR-CYCLISTS.
Sir, —Somo motor-cyclists are like littlo children with a new toy, for the faster they go and the more noise they make tho better they are pleased. But it isn't fair that these selfish people should, so upset the nerves of the community with the hideous din which you can hear for a jnilo or more. Couldn't plain-clothes inspectors be shifted about the loads to take the numbers of these offenders, so that their licences could be cancellod for three or four months until they learned to behave better and also to give the people with tho jaded nerves time to recover? Cannot our M.P.'s get together and try arul eet a new law passed for the benefit Of all? COUNTRY..
