CHILDREN'S CAMP.

Sir, —May I crave some small space in your columns to express a few words of thanks to the residents of Port Waikato for their help during the children's camp which we recently held there. It would be a hopeless task to attempt to enumerate the gifts that we received and the kindly acts that were done for our benefit. Everybody, Maori and pakeha alike, who lived anywhere near the Heads seemed to have gone out of their way to give our children a really happy time. fe WM. H. Paul, Chairman, Waikato Children's Camp League.
