FATE OF MISSING WOMAN.
DISAPPEARANCE IN BUSH
SYDNEY, Jan. 3. The skeleton of Mrs. Bloomfield, who disappeared from her home at Macksville over a year ago, was found in a gully noar the town yesterday. Last Wednesday a bush fire burnt through the gully, and while a man was searching for cattle he came upon the remains.
A message from Sydney on January 2, 1929, said hundreds of searchers were combing tho mountainous country near Macksville for traces of Mrs. Bloomfield, aged 70, whp disappeared from her daughter's home on Christmas Day. Little hope was held out of finding her alive.
