(Received November 30, 112.45 a.m.) Times Cable. LONDON, Nov. 29. The Times says the plenary sittings in January of the Five Powers Naval Conference will be held in the Royal Gallery of the House of Lords, the scene of the recent Victoria Cros3 dinner, as the State Room at St. James' Palace, which King George had offered, is too wnall, although many meetings connecter! with the conference will be held there.
