DELICIOUS DRINKS.
Lemon Fizz.—Squeeze the juice of three lemons into a largo bowl and add the rind of one of them,' finely pared, with lib. of sugar and one teaspoonful each tartaric and citric acids. Pour over two pints of boiling water, stir well and strain into bottles.
Orangeade.—Cut four large juicy oranges into rounds (without' peeling them), re move the pips, and place the rounds in a salad bowl. Sprinklo over a generous amount of sugar, then pour over all one pint of cold water. Leave for an hour or so, then stir well aiid strain itilo a jug. Apples and Lemons.—Slice two eating apples, place in a bowl, and add two or tlueo small pieces of lemon rind. Pour about half a pint of boiling water over this, stir well and sweeten to taste. Pass through a muslin strainer.
