A DELICIOUS MINCE MEAT.
One pound beef suet; apples li lbs. of pudding raisins; Ulbs. of currants; lib. of sultanas; ilb of lemon peel; two demons, .with the rind peeled very, thin ;nnd chopped with juice; H nutmegs; and » little mixed spice; of sugar; .Taisins to be stoned and chopped fine, and lithe suet skinned and chopped fine; c'jop all separately and then mix all well together; add sugar and the juice of lemon last; a tumbler of brandy and a little sherry, if you have it, mix all thoroughly ■and put ift a dry jar and tie down. Keep :in a dry place.
