CLUB FORMED AT HAMILTON.

The first meeting of the newly.-formed Otago Glub was held lasf>, evening. Tiiere was a large attendance, including Mejisrs. W. H. Faulkner and W. G Wohlmunn, members o " the Otag<* Club at Auckland. It was decided to make the residential qualification for members a minimum-of five years. The following officers " were • elected:— Patron,-the Mayor of Dunedin, Mr; .R. S. Bltack; president, Mr. F. W. Platte, S.M.; vice presidents, Dr. T. C. Fr«is«r, Dr. A. Joseph and Messrs. W. Ecdes, P. R. Stewart, M. McMullin, J. Partaiie and H. J. Ferguson * committee, Mejisrs. D. D. Wilson, H. J. McMullan, G.. S, Reid, R. Anderson, W. Fraser. F. Pickery, C. Nisbet, P. W. Petersonj secretary, Mr. E. W. Taine; treasurer, "MrJ C. Nisbet; auditor, Mr. G. S. Crimp.
