NEW YORK, Nov. 27,
Two aeroplanes from tho Roosevelt Fiold crashed in the vicinity of Westbury, Long Island. It is reported that some persons were killed. A four-motored Fokker monoplane—ono of tho largest machines in tho United States—was being tested for tho Department of Commerce, when it fell and struck a house which was set on firo. A second houso was also ignited and botb were destroyed. Tho police have not ascertained how many people were involved in tho accident. Later in tho day a student who was flying alone in a small aeroplane fell into a real estate oflico in tho heart of the town and was fatally injured.
