BODY FOUND ON SHORE.
DROWNING OF AGED MAN.

The body of Mr. Charles John Brougham, aged 76, who was drowned near the Aramoho railway bridge on July 9, was found on tho Putiki shore this afternoon. The discovery was made by some children. When the accident occurred Mr. Brougham was gathering wood from a canoe, which capsized. Dragging operations were unsuccessful. Deceased was a married man.
