Limerick's two-year-old brother. lioylake, who has not improved in his track manners, covered a mile in fairly fast time and finished on as if ho desired a longer task. H<*ia now galloping as well as ever, and when he is struck in the right mood he will win money. Commcntor, who was purchased by the "Wingatui trainer F. Shaw at tho recent Riccarton sale, has remained under E. Scoullar's care, hut will he handed over at the Dunedin Summer Meeting. The jockey T. Tho rain has mado the tracks at Trenthem ideal for galloping, and the trial grass, which was available this morning only for horses with Feilding engagements, provided great going. Rabbi hit out 'very well in a serviceable task, tho conditions being to his liking. His sfablcmato Make Up also shaped satisfactorily. Panther, alone, "galloped seven furlongs in 1.32}, and did it very well. Arikinui and First Money worked along in company and pleased by their efforts.

Miss Ransom bowled over half a milo ii: 51s, and is in excellent order.

Lady Pam and Appeal sprinted three furlongs up the back very smartly.

Cimabuo ran six furlongs in I.lß}. It 1.1 not certain yet whether he will contest the Feilding Stakes, but probably ho will make the trip.
