TRUCKERS FEAR LIGHTNING.
SLIGHT SHOCK TO FITTER.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GREYMOUTH, Wednesday. The Liverpool State mine is idle today. Lightning yesterday afternoon ran along the rails of the haulage road, and James Allen, a fitter, who was coupling a pipe to a winch, received a slight shock. The truckers left the mine and refused to resume this morning.
