FATAL LORRY ACCIDENT.
JOLTED OFF THE VEHICLE
MRS. SCULLIN'S BROTHER
Georgo Francis McNamara, aged 41, a casual labourer employed by a telegraph contractor, met with injuries in South Australia on tho night of November 2, which terminated fatally. Ho was a brothor of tho wifo of the Australian Prime Minister, Mr. Scullin. Mr. McNamara was travelling from' Thevenard to Ccduna on a lorry with three companions, and was sitting at tho back. When proceeding on a tricky piece of road tlio vehicle swerved, throwing him against a tolegraph pole, and ho dropped to tho road. His companions in front of tho lorry did not miss him for somo time, and a lady following found McNamara lying on tho road terribly injured in tho head. She hurried to Ceduna, and met tho lorry returning to look for the injured man. lie was taken to hospital, where ho died that evening. Ho was a native of Ballarat.
