gj r> —Viscount - Craigavon has been , styled in the local press Prime Minister of Ulster. There are nine counties, which comprise the province of Ulster. The 1 4ct of 1921 allotted the Viscount and his party six oi' the nine: counties. In November or December last two of tha counties, viz., Fermanagh and- Tyrone, combined constituency, ' returnea to the British Parliament unopposed Messrs. Devlin and Harbison, Nationalists. In the broader political sense, therefore, the Viscount holds sway over four of the nine Ulster counties, and "but four out of the thirty two constituencies of all Ireland. May God speed the day for a - United Ireland.
