NEW ZEALAND LEADER. ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA. (Received November 5, 11.45 p.m.) , SYDNEY. Nov. E, Commissioner John Cunningham, with Mrs. Cunningham and their family, arrived at Sydney by the Balranald. They will sail on Friday for New Zealand, where Mr. Cunningham is to succeed Commissioner James Hay as leader ol the Salvation Army.
