PRINCESS ELIZABETH.
KING GEORGE REPROVED. FORGOT TO SHUT A DOOR. LONDON. Oct. 29. Many stories are current of the engaging ways of little Princess Elizabeth, and it is known that she is a tremendous favourite with tho King. Recently she was playing in the King's bedroom, and he was tired. Several times he told her to return to the nursery, but she was reluctant to leave. The King eventually went to the corridor to fetch someone to take away the Princess. "Grandpa, Grandpa," she called after him. The King hurried back. What is the matter? " he inquired. " You forgot to shut the door after you," said Princess Elizabeth, innocently, reproving her grandfather, just as she herself had often been corrected.
