MAN ACCUSES HIMSELF.

Joseph Barratt, who made a statement to the police at Glasgow regarding the recent murder of the tobacconist, Alfred Oliver, at Reading, has been released. He was found to be suffering from delusions. He had previously accused himself of murders with which he was. not connected.
