SEIZURE .WHILE BATHING* [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] NAPIER. Monday. • A formal verdict of death by drowning was returned at the inquest concerning the death of Phillip Rex Dodwell, an exbank clerk, a single man aged 36 years, who had an epileptic seizure whilo surfbathing on Napier Beach on Saturday afternoon.
