COMBINED COMMITTEES.
Tho executives of tho Waitemata Women's Progrcssivo Lcaguo and tho Takapuna Ex-scrvico Men's Club, gave their annual danco for tho season at tho Foresters' Ilall at Takapuna last evoning. Flags wore drapod from tho walls and botween palms and foliago bunches of balloons addod a cheerful note of colour. Tho suppor tables looked particularly attractive, red, white and blue flowers being arranged in slendor glass vases. Miss Daly's orchestra played tho latest danco numbers.
